Just in case...

you never hear from me again...tomorrow morning the "Computer Guy" will install "Windows 10" on our computer.

We have no idea what to expect. All I know is, right now I know just enough about computers to get by. Just enough to keep a blog going.

You know me, can't do a post without a picture or two, or maybe a dozen, but I really do want to show you this...

Oh my goodness, I love it! Isn't this horse picture absolutely perfect for the teeny tiny bathroom with the new barn door shower curtain?? I love it!

Better get busy. But seriously, in case I don't get back, especially before Christmas...

Hope all of you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS! I do love my blog friends...and well, don't know what I would do without you.

Eli and Dumperoo wanted to say goodnight too...

Need to remember to close these doors. That's doll dresses Woo is resting on. Doll dresses for the next craft show. :(

Love,
Henny

  1. We just made the transition to Windows 10, along with new computers. Windows 10 was the simplest part. You can do it!

  2. Good luck with the computer. I sure hope we hear from you before Christmas, but if we don't you, Poppy and all your furry babies have a very Merry Christmas!

  3. I love the horse picture; makes me feel right at home. Someday I will count how many horse sculptures and pictures there are in our house. I sure would like to lift Woo right off those pretty doll dresses so I could see them better.

  4. You've done an amazing job making the bathroom look so 'country'. The horse picture is the finishing touch.
I hope Windows 10 won't be a problem. My son says we'll all all go from windows 7 to 10 at the same time. All 5 computers in this house! At least we'll all be learning at the same time.
Hopefully you'll be posting again before Christmas but just in case....Merry Christmas to you and Poppy! And all the critters.

  7. That picture is perfect for your bathroom. And I love your two fur babies. Cat's will find any enclosed space they can find won't they? I'm sure you'll do very well with Windows 10 but I do understand exactly what you mean about your computer skills. You could be describing me. :-)
Wishing you a wonderful day and a very Merry Christmas.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

  14. Good luck on Windows. I have 7 and am keeping it till the computer
dies someday. Had 10 once before and the PC would not work with it.
Love the bathroom look. Very "ranch like".

  15. A Very Merry Christmas to you and your family and home!!! Look at that kitty! (No wondering if I've got 10 or 7 or what? Computers are not my thing...) Many blessings to you, always : )

  16. Ask your computer guy about installing a "shell" program that will make your computer look like it is still running on windows 7 but it will actually be running on windows 10. You will still have everything that windows 10 has to offer, if you want it, but for most things, it will look and feel like you are still on windows 7. I have had it for a couple of years now with no problems.

  25. Merry Christmas...I will remember to give Lorelei a hug from you....love your babies. I swear I could just hug on Eli...there is a big white dog across the street and everyone always stops to pet her. Her name is Bianca. There used to be a cat that would get in the yard and they would play but have not seen it in a long time.

I am assuming since you commented that your Win 10 installation went okay.

  27. We made the transition to windows 10 first of this year. Every five years we have to upgrade to a new computer system, seems to be the norm. My grand daughter would love that shower curtain and the horse picture. She loves horses and especially Appaloosas.
