Good Grief! I've almost missed Valentine's Day!
Here it is 9:05 and bed time.
Poppy brought me roses yesterday. It was a surprise...
Dumper thought the roses were for him...
I didn't get Poppy anything. I feel terrible.
So, mostly I wanted to say Happy Valentine's Day but also to tell you there were no storms yesterday...just rain...lots of rain. Thankful for that. Thankful for the sunshine today too!
Love,
Henny
we got a cute card from Cousin Pat...It said "Hogs and Kisses"
Thank you Patty

ReplyDeleteYour roses are so beautiful! My hubby got new mirrors for his side-by-side, and I got an almost-like-new top from Wonky Town. I hope you will share your roses with Dumper!

I imagine cats think flowers might be food.
ReplyDeleteHi Henny- The Valentine Roses from Poppy are terrific- your most fortunate. Have a great weekend there. Cheers. KEV.
ReplyDeleteGood news about the storm! Aren't pigs just so adorable? Did you ever consider one at your place or do they get too big and cumbersome to look after? I don't think I'd be able to commit to a pig but they sure are cute. Last minute I thought I'd send a V-day card to my high school best friend who I know loves Valentine's-- but I didn't do it. Completely forgot about it the moment I thought of it and I'm sorry for that. In El Salvador, my native country, it is called Friendship Day. It's not about sweethearts and romance but good friendships, and I prefer this...After all, Feb 14 is under the influence of Aquarius. Aquarians truly love their friends and are deeply loyal to their entourage, but have difficulty devoting themselves to one single individual...You know, I think. Anyway, I'm glad about that storm : )
ReplyDeleteLovely roses and quite a cute pig!! Glad you had a nice Valentine Day.
